Background Information:

Pizza Hut is an exiting restaurant with on-premise consumption of alcohol sales. Planning and Zoning Commission first approved their CUP in 2018 (CUP-18-01), and renewed for three years in 2021 (CUP-21-39). There have been no changes since the previous approval.

 

Staff recommended conditions remain the same since last approval.

Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:

1.The permit shall be valid for three (3) years, commencing on December 14, 2024, provided standards are met.

2.The permit shall be posted in the same area and manner as the Certificate of Occupancy.
