Consider approval of Resolution 2026-36R, approving the award of a contract to Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., to independently analyze and assess the utility rate structures for water, wastewater, and electric utility services, determine updated cost of services, and provide recommendations for sustainable cost recovery by customer classes to meet operational, capital, and financial obligations for a five-year term with up to three one-year renewals in the annual amount of $80,000.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
