Background Information:
This annexation application is for Posey Road Industrial Park Phase 2 and is accompanied by two zoning change requests. The side closest to I-35 is proposed to be zoned Heavy Commercial (ZC-21-15) and the other side adjacent Transportation Way and Phase 1 of the Industrial Park is proposed to be Heavy Industrial (ZC-22-16). At their April 12th meeting, the Planning and Zoning unanimously voted to recommend approval both ZC-22-15 and ZC-22-16.
