Background Information:
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) administers Transportation Alternatives Set-aside (TA) funds for locally sponsored bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure projects in communities across the state. Under the recent TxDOT TA program call, the City submitted the "Cape Street Reconstruction & SUP" project preliminary application (PA) to TxDOT in February 2025.
