Background Information:
Attorney Arturo Rodriguez is currently representing the City in various legal matters related to water, utilities, and related matters. Arturo Rodriguez and Bradford Bullock have left the firm with which they were previously affiliated and have joined the law firm of Messer Fort & McDonald. This makes it necessary for the City to enter into new agreements with Messer Fort & McDonald for the City's legal matters being handled by Mr. Rodriguez at this firm.
