Background Information:
The approximate 10.03 acres and adjacent right-of-way are located east of the Amazon Fulfillment Center and west of Rattler Substation. A 380 Agreement was approved in 2017 and requires annexation upon issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. The business received the Certificate of Occupancy in September of 2024 and subsequently applied for annexation - in December.
