Consider approval of Resolution 2022-159R, approving a Commercial Lease Amendment with Two Fold, LLC for the lease of the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program Satellite Office at 641 North Walnut Avenue, New Braunfels, Texas for the purpose of extending the lease term for one additional year, with an increase in rent from $1,625.00 to $1,700.00 per month plus a pro-rated share of property tax related costs; authorizing the City Manager or her designee, to execute said Commercial Lease Amendment on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
