Background Information:
Residents of the 100 Block of Panorama Drive, between Norcrest Drive and the eastern terminus of the roadway, have submitted a petition requesting the implementation of residential permit parking. This segment includes seven residential lots, of which six property owners support the petition, and one is opposed. The 86% approval rate exceeds the minimum 60% threshold required under Section 82.189 of the San Marcos City Code.
