Consider approval of Resolution 2026-129R, approving the award of a Construction Contract to Harper Brothers Construction, LLC, for the Airport Taxilane Project, for the rehabilitation of apron pavement and associated taxilane improvements in the amount of $2,192,315.00; contingent upon the contractor's timely submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the City's construction contract documents for the Project and concurrence in the award of the Project from the Texas Department of Transportation; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
