In 2003, the City Council approved a Property Use Agreement with Texas State University, under which the City authorized the University to use designated parking areas along Charles Austin Drive and Texas State authorized the City to use designated parking areas behind Fire Station 1 downtown.
The Agreement was renewed and extended through August 31, 2015.
The parties wish to renew and extend the Agreement for an additional three year term effective September 1, 2015.
