BACKGROUND:
Pursuant with Sec. 82.189, the installation of time-restricted residential parking requires establishment by ordinance.
Residents on the 400 block of Mary Street (from Burleson Street to Lindsey Street) are requesting parking restrictions with residential parking permits from 8AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
The request has been reviewed by City staff and meets all the requirements set forth in the Residential Parking Permit Ordinance 2014-01. City staff recommends approval of the residential parking permit on the 400 block of Mary Street from 8AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Pursuant with 82.067- The traffic engineer shall develop and maintain a traffic register containing a record of every location in the city where any traffic control device or special regulation is made applicable, whether by ordinance or by the traffic engineer's authority established under this chapter.
