BACKGROUND:
On October 15, 2013 the Council adopted the attached ordinance on second reading to formally create the San Marcos Commission on Children and Youth to oversee the implementation of the Youth Master Plan. This ordinance is being brought before the Council following the discussion and direction that was held and received at the Council's regular meeting on October 21, 2014.
