Background Information:

This voluntary annexation was negotiated in the development agreement for the property which was recently approved by City Council.  The proposed schedule for annexation is as follows, and zoning will be processed concurrently:

City Council Resolution (Approval of Service Agreement and set a public hearing date): June 7, 2022 (Today)

City Council Ordinance 1st reading (Public Hearing): July 5, 2022

City Council Ordinance 2nd reading: August 2, 2022
