Background Information:
This procurement is for agreement #222-242 with Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc., through the purchasing cooperative BuyBoard contract #654-21 in the estimated annual estimated amount of $18,190 plus three additional one-year renewals for a total estimated contract amount of $72,760.00. Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. will provide preventative maintenance and inspection of fire alarm systems in city facilities.
The City of San Marcos is authorized by the Local Government Code, Chapter 271, to participate in cooperative purchasing programs. The (“BuyBoard”) Cooperative Purchasing agency has awarded contract #654-21 for Fire and Security Systems and Monitoring Services.
