Background Information:
In June 2020, City Council authorized the development and construction of a new Public Services Complex with Hunt San Marcos Development, LLC responsible for development, design, and construction of the new complex which is expected to be substantially complete in September 2021.
With Council approval, the City will contract with Move Solutions, Ltd, through the Buyboard cooperative contract #640-21 to begin logistics, organization, and moving services for the Utility Department and the Public Works Department, including office areas, equipment, fleet, and warehouse inventory. This relocation is anticipated to begin in early October 2021 and be completed by the end of October.
