Vision San Marcos - A River Runs Through Us
Background Information:
The closest single-family zoned property and use is approximately 520 feet, measured door-to-door. There is a single family residence in a non-single family zoning district 216 feet away, measured door-to-door. However the San Marcos Development Code states in concerns to the distance requirement, “Within 300 ft. of a detached single family residence located in a zoning district that only permits detached single family residences.”
Per the San Marcos Development Code the use type is a “Bar,” due to the business only serving alcoholic beverages. The applicant proposes having a to-go alcoholic beverage business model.
