Background Information:
The San Marcos Municipal Court’s lease at the Hays County Justice Center will expire on August 31, 2025. This change in service to Contract #221-102.1 with FGM Architects for On-Call Architectural Services will provide the City with the Architecture & Engineering services necessary to provide permittable construction documents, obtain permits, and renovate the existing building located at 350 Barnes Drive, San Marcos TX 78666. The Municipal Court will move to 350 Barnes Drive following the completion of construction, prior to the expiration of the current lease with Hays County.
