Background Information:

On April 23, 2026, the City received five (5) bids in response to IFB 2026-056 for Water/Wastewater Inventory and Supplies IDIQ (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity).

After bids were received, it was determined that due to the City’s evolving requirements, it is prudent to pause and reassess the City’s needs. This reassessment is based on the City’s ongoing growth and will help determine where updates to the specifications and/or quantities are warranted before we proceed with the next step in the formal solicitation process. Refining these elements now will help produce a more accurate and effective solution for the future of our Water/Wastewater Inventory needs.
