Background Information:
The following is the proposed annexation schedule:
• November 1, 2022 - City Council Resolution
(Approval of Service Agreement and set a public hearing date)
• January 17, 2023 - City Council Ordinance 1st Reading (Public Hearing)
• February 7, 2023 - City Council Ordinance 2nd Reading
The applicant is requesting annexation and zoning for a warehouse and distribution project to be developed pursuant to the regulations of the Light Industrial (LI) zoning district (ZC-22-42). The annexation will also include the adjacent Old Bastrop Hwy right-of-way.
