Background Information:
A total of 2 bids were received for the E. Aquarena Springs Drive Reconstruction project on June 20th, 2024. The low bidder for this project is Aaron Concrete Contractors, LLC, with a bid amount of $1,169,208.75.
E. Aquarena Springs Drive Reconstruction project will include the construction of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, and storm sewer system, along E. Aquarena Springs Drive from Villaggio Apartments Driveway to Country Oaks Apartment Homes Driveway. The project will also include pavement markings and signage along E. Aquarena Springs Drive from IH 35 NB Frontage Road to River Road.
Construction is anticipated to last 9 months weather permitting.
