Background Information:
The existing contract for analytical testing for water and wastewater services expires January 18, 2019. On December 27, 2018 three (3) bids were received for Analytical Water Testing Services, Bid # 219-090.
This contract award is to TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc., Houston, Texas for an initial one (1) year term anticipated to be effective early February 2019, with the option of three (3) additional one (1) year periods for a total possible contract term of four (4) years for an annual amount of $25,592.50 for the first year. The remaining three (3) year terms may be subject to an annual 2% increase.
Contract extensions may be awarded administratively in the form of an Authorization of Change in Service signed by the Purchasing Manager.
