Background Information:
The original contract #216-103 was executed in the amount of $32,100 on December 1, 2015, with subsequent increases for additional services totaling $3,539. The renewal amount of $63,336 brings the total to $98,975 which requires Council approval.
This request is to renew hosting fee and support services for Yukon server for the annual amount
of $63,336 with three (3) anticipated renewals to be awarded administratively in the form of an
Authorization of Change in Service.
Yukon provides a multi-speak interface, which allows data to more easily be communicated across applications including Metersense and Northstar. It is used to help determine non-reporting meters, help determine network performance and provide interval data access to San Marcos service representatives.
