Background Information:
The City acquired the Willow Creek subdivision water service area from Crystal Clear SUD. This change will add the Willow Creek wells, booster pumps, tanks and other equipment to the scope of City infrastructure in our ground water system that GBRA operates and maintains per the operations contract 215-094R. It also provides additional compensation for the chemicals, labor and materials to do so.
This change in service is to increase the contract amount by $25,863.84 annually through 2025 for the added subdivisions.
An increase in power cost of $24,000 annually will be needed - Pursuant to Section 10.4, Pass-Through Cost Component, the City shall reimburse GBRA each
month for all electric, chemical and insurance costs as a pass-through cost.
