Background Information:
The City, in coordination with Hays County, Texas, intends to improve Centerpoint Road (CR 234) south of the intersection with Hunter Road and construct a bridge over the railroad that perpendicularly crosses Centerpoint south of the Kissing Tree development. Such improvements necessitate increased right of way width along Centerpoint.
A portion of the extension will run through the Kissing Tree development. Carma Paso Robles, the developer of Kissing Tree has agreed to dedicate an approximately 0.627-acre portion of its property to the City for the future extension of Centerpoint as contemplated by the City and County.
