Background Information:
Hadronex, Inc dba/SmartCover Systems provides software for Wastewater Collection manhole monitoring services. The City entered into an agreement with Hadronex contract #219-362 on November 1, 2019. Staff is requesting that the contract be extended for an additional year to extend through October 31, 2022, in the annual amount of $16,544, bringing the total contract price to $51,486.12 and authorize three additional annual renewals to be awarded administratively.
