Background Information:
The City entered into an agreement with Schneider Engineering, LLC in May 2020 for professional engineering services for regulatory tracking and compliance. Services include reporting to regulatory entities, maintaining and updating event reporting and operations plans, and proving training on HB4150 hazard recognition and other required training.
Through 2022, the contract total is $48,000. This three-year extension, at $18,000 annually, raises the total contract amount to $102,000 over the six year period.
