Background Information:

This annexation request is for approximately 69 acres located on I-35 South to the north of the H&H Industrial Park. The request is accompanied by three Zoning Change requests for Heavy Industrial  (ZC-22-25), Light Industrial ( ZC-22-26) and Heavy Commercial ( ZC-22-27). It is in an “Employment Area” in the Preferred Scenario Map. The applicant is requesting City Water and Wastewater, and is within the Pedernales Electric Service Area.
