Recommendation:

Staff recommends the procurement award of these services to FreeIT Data Solutions Inc, for a five-year term in the amount of $26,203.20 to be paid on an annual basis, thereby locking in pricing over the next five years resulting in a total amount of $131,016.00; that will include a cybersecurity asset management platform that discovers information technology assets on our network. Asset discovery and management is a key requirement to a cybersecurity program through the Texas Department of Information Resources.
