1. a request for dissolution of the Cotton Center Development Agreement and the release of associated tracts of land from the City’s Wastewater CCN and possible settlement of all related matters; and
2. matters related to possible incentives for Project AVSM.
B. Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters): To deliberate regarding the compensation and benefits for the following City Council appointees:
1. City Manager;
2. Municipal Court Judge; and
3. City Attorney.
