Background Information:
This action will increase the authorized contract amounts, in general, by $200,000 for the eminent domain legal services on-call contracts to Baker Moran Doggett Ma & Dobbs and Oliveros awarded in 2020. The eminent domain legal services on-call contracts were approved by City Council on December 15, 2020, in a not to exceed amount of $100,000.
