Background Information:
The City of San Marcos currently maintains a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning Software contract with Tyler Technologies for Financial and Human Resources Software Application which includes modules such as Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contract Management, Human Resources Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, among others.
This request is for annual renewal of the Enterprise Resource Planning Software Application with Tyler Technologies in estimated annual amount of $250,759 with 5% escalation for each year, authorizing an additional $100,000 per year for additional services that may be needed with four (4) anticipated renewals to be awarded administratively in the form of an Authorization of Change in Service. Annual renewals will be contingent upon mutual agreement between the vendor and the City.
This contract was initially solicited through a Request for Proposals process and is therefore compliant with Local Government Code, Chapter 252.
