Prior Council Action: Res 2009-039R approving the original Interconnection Agreement with LCRA TSC; Res 2016-177R approving the Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement to, in part, clarify the transmission and distribution functions of the parties and Bill of Sale to transfer certain transmission infrastructure at the Hilltop and Ranch Road 12 Substation; Res 2019-057R approving Amendment No. 1 of the Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement, which included, in part, the addition of a mobile transformer tap at the Ranch Road 12 Substation; Res 2020-21R approving Amendment No. 2 to the Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement to include installation of the Rattler Substation; 2021-105R, approving Amendment No. 3 to the Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement to update the facility schedules that outline the use and ownership of, and responsibilities for, various appurtenances and components for the Hilltop, Strahan, Ranch Road 12, Rattler, Redwood, and San Marcos Substations; and Res 2024-148R approving Amendment No. 4 to the Amended and Restated Interconnection Agreement to make changes related to a transmission line and mobile transformer at Strahan Substation.

San Marcos Electric Utility Master Plan

 

Background Information:

LCRA is upgrading the existing 138 kilovolt (kV) transmission line (T200) between the Redwood and San Marcos substations, as well as the 138 kV bus at the San Marcos Substation.  The amended Interconnection Agreement corrects for new equipment and new equipment identifiers.  No asset transfers or changes in points of interconnection are changed.
