Background Information:
On May 23, 2024, two (2) bids were received in response to invitation for bids (IFB) 224-149 Onsite Dielectric Testing. The purpose of this contract is to provide onsite dielectric testing for equipment and goods.
Staff recommends award to the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder, Titan Utility Services, Tickfaw, LA in the annual not to exceed amount of $25,000. The initial term of the contract will be for one year for the annual amount of $25,000 with optional four (4) additional one (1) year terms: the total for five (5) years is $125,000. Contract renewals may be awarded administratively in the form of an Authorization of Change in Service (ACIS).
