Background Information:
Starboard Consulting is a Gold-accredited IBM Premier Business Partner that specializes in computerized maintenance management systems and provides consulting, licenses, and maintenance services.
We are continuing preexisting services from Starboard Consulting LLC on TX DIR-CPO-5227 related to their computerized maintenance management system licensing and maintenance services utilized by Public Works, Water & Wastewater, and Electric departments in the annual amount of $60,370.71 for the initial 2025-2026 renewal plus four additional one-year optional renewals for a total contract amount of $301,853.55.
