Background Information:
Climatec will provide monthly monitoring, preventative maintenance, and reporting of the City’s energy management and HVAC control system for City facilities.
This request is to approve a contract with Climatec, LLC through BuyBoard cooperative contract 638-21 for monthly monitoring, preventative maintenance, and technical support in the estimated annual amount of $33,283 per year and authorizing two one-year additional renewals for a total contract price of $99,849.
