Background Information:
The purpose of this contract is for wastewater analytical testing in accordance with current approved Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) analytical testing methods as specified in 40 CFR 136. The contractor must provide quality legally defensible laboratory data with rapid turnaround times.
Three bids were received in response to Invitation for Bids 223-020 and staff recommends award to the lowest responsible responsive bidder, Eurofins Environment Testing South Central, LLC, Stafford, Texas. The successful bidder will perform analytical testing services for the City in accordance with current approved EPA methods as specified in 40 CFR 136.
