Background Information:

Since 2009, the City has operated a Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) drop-off facility for all City and County residents. During that time, the County has been a good partner with the City and has compensated the City for the costs of operating the facility. It is the intent of the parties to memorialize the existing informal agreement into this written agreement.

Starting in 2009, the County contributed $15,000 per fiscal year. With the growth and use of the HHW drop-off facility, the County is now paying $79,920 per fiscal year.
