Background Information:
This is Change Order amendment #4 to the La Cima Developer Participation Agreement which includes additional costs incurred with the signalization of the intersection of Centerpoint Road and Wonder World Drive and oversize participation of the continued extension of the waterline.
The completion of the intersection improvements included a TxDOT required overlay and some additional traffic signal costs. The waterline extension through the subdivision is being upsized from a 12-inch to a 16-inch in accordance with the City’s Water Master Plan. The total cost of this amendment is $206,533.22.
