Background Information:
The initial term of the contract was for one (1) year for the estimated annual amount of $26,000 and include optional extensions for three (3) additional one (1) year terms; the total for four (4) years at an estimated amount of $104,000. Due to increase in volume of work the total with this final renewal will be approximately $130,000.
