Water Master Plan
Background Information:
The attached change in service for $300,000.00 to Agreement 222-087 with Alan Plummer Associates, Inc, will increase the contract capacity and update the hourly rates to provide services to update and run the water master plan model based off various needs from the Engineering and Utilities Departments
The City’s water master plan was updated in 2024 and is typically updated every 5 years. This change in service will allow Plummer to continue to address various request as well as update and recalibrate the City’s potable water system model that was built in 2016 and was based on calibration data from April 2014. While portions of the existing model have been updated incrementally over time with specific known updates, performing a recalibration using updated available data will improve accuracy and prepare the model to support future growth in the City’s water system.
