Background Information:
The Interlocal Purchasing System (“TIPS”) cooperative purchasing program has awarded a contract #210907 for Automobiles to Silsbee Fleet which includes Lake Country Chevrolet located in Silsbee, Texas. This process is authorized by the Texas Government Code, Title 10, Subtitle D, Section 2155.504(b) and the Local Government Code, Section 271.101.
