Wastewater Master Plan
Background Information:
City staff has been working with the McCoy Corporation on the Davis Lane Lift Station and Gravity Main Improvements Project to secure the necessary easements and land to complete the proposed wastewater facility improvements. During this time the McCoy Corporation has plans to build a Retreat and Training Center on their property. There are some overlapping of these two projects and McCoy Corporation has requested in exchange for the necessary easements and property to be dedicated to the City that they construct the overlapping City improvements. This agreement, in the amount not to exceed $430,000.00, will allow the McCoy Corporation to use their contractor and control the schedule for a portion of the City’s work within their construction boundaries. This work includes the construction of a gravity wastewater main as well as a force main.
