Background Information:

This voluntary annexation was negotiated in the development agreement for the property which was recently approved by City Council. The annexation is associated with a zoning request for Light Industrial.

The proposed schedule for annexation is as follows, and zoning will be processed concurrently:

City Council Resolution (Approval of Service Agreement and set a public hearing date): February 1, 2022

City Council Ordinance 1st Reading (Public Hearing): March 1, 2022 (Today)

City Council Ordinance 2nd Reading: March 23, 2022
