Background Information:

This annexation application is for Posey Road Industrial Park Phase 2 and is accompanied by two zoning change requests. The side closest to I-35 is proposed to be zoned Heavy Commercial (ZC-21-15) and the other side adjacent Transportation Way and Phase 1 of the Industrial Park is proposed to be Heavy Industrial (ZC-22-16).

 

The following annexation schedule is proposed:

April 5, 2022 - City Council Resolution (service agreement and set schedule)

May 3, 2022 - City Council Public Hearing (1st reading of ordinance)

May 17, 2022 - City Council (2nd reading of ordinance)
