Background Information:
On September 3, 2019 the City Council discussed Recommendation Resolution 2019-005R from the Neighborhood Commission regarding requested changes to their ordinance.
Council consensus was to move forward with these recommendations, with the exception of leaving the term “sector” within the Ordinance. The commission requested changing this to “district.”
Council discussed Recommendation Resolution 2019-006R on November 6, 2019 regarding the Neighborhood Commission’s requested change to combine Sectors 1 & 8. The City Council provided direction to staff to move forward with that amendment, and the redlined ordinance is attached based on that direction.
