Background Information:

A budget serves as the City’s financial planning document, but changes can occur during the year which require amendment to this budget.

This budget amendment for fiscal year 2022-23 (FY23) reflects the transfer of funds from special revenue account where parkland fee-in-lieu funds are held.  The transfer of these funds will provide cash funding of park improvements such as the park improvements at Kenneth M. Copeland Memorial Park, Tennis Court Improvements, new toilets at Rio Vista and Children’s Park restrooms, surfacing material for playgrounds, and the installation of new water fountains in regional and neighborhood parks.
