Background Information:
The City desires to supplement staff expertise in several critical areas in our water and wastewater division through its contract with Jacobs Engineering. Additional resources are needed to support our current efforts with the Alliance Regional Water Authority, Texas Water Development Board’s Region L committees, the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan, open issues currently before the Public Utility Commission of Texas, and other general consulting services as needed.
This request for a change in service to provide needed expertise for the contract term of one (1) year, with two (2) additional one (1) year periods in the not-to-exceed annual amount of $60,000.
