Background Information:

A change order to the existing contract 220-257, Guadalupe St sidewalk and landscaping improvements is required to overrun existing quantities to extend SMEU underground infrastructure north of MLK Drive; to install SMEU duct bank at Guadalupe/Hutchison, Guadalupe/Hopkins and Guadalupe/San Antonio streets; to implement traffic control plan for median islands; and to replace existing curb and gutter along Guadalupe St between MLK Dr and the Railroad tracks.

 

The contract includes, but is not limited to, the construction of sidewalk, landscaping and irrigation, electric infrastructure and pedestrian lighting along Guadalupe Street between Martin Luther King Drive and Railroad Tracks.
