Background Information:

Taziki’s is a new restaurant applying for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for on-premise consumption of beer and wine. The restaurant is located in the same location, Suite 107, as the previous restaurant, Halal Basket Restaurant. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a CUP at this location in 2014 for Eskimo Hut, however, the business never opened or received a Certificate of Occupancy. Taziki’s business model includes entirely indoor seating, with no outdoor seating or outdoor amplified sound.
