Council Committee, Board/Commission Action:
The City Council Workforce Housing Committee discussed amendments to the Affordable / Workforce Housing Policy in 2020 and 2021 as part of more focused discussions on proposed LIHTC projects. At the Committee meeting on September 29, 2021 staff presented the attached redline document, which included input from Planning & Development Services, Police, and Fire Departments. The Committee indicated their support for the proposed changes.
